Community Feedback Hotline
We welcome feedback from the community about our operations. It assists us to continue improving our environmental management and community engagement.
There are four ways you can submit feedback:

Our community engagement and communication strategy includes community forums and tours of our Munster plant.
Community forums give local residents and businesses an opportunity to hear first hand about our operational improvements, ask questions and give feedback direct to our management team.
Forum dates are promoted via this website.
If you are interested in learning more about Cockburn Cement’s operations, you are invited to join a tour of the Munster Plant. We can arrange tours to suit a number of individuals or a group and tailor the tour to cover specific areas of interest.
From time to time we also hold on site neighbourhood briefings, bringing together people from different areas nearby the plant. Neighbourhood briefings are promoted via this website.
Our award winning wetland is a unique environmental management system and part of our production process, achieving both water recycling for the Plant and helping to improve local biodiversity. A guided walk through the wetland can be arranged for a number of individuals or a group.
