DWER Approves Odour Neutraliser Trial

Following a consultation process with the Department of Health, the Department of Water, Environment and Regulation (DWER) granted the works approval to Cockburn Cement’s Munster operations to undertake the first two stages of a three-stage odour neutralising trial within a six month time period commencing from 25 January 2019.

The first two stages of the trial include the installation and commissioning of equipment required for the use of the non-hazardous neutralising agent within the manufacturing process.
